Working Principle & Process Flow
1. Raw Material Pretreatment
Large raw materials (peat, coconut bricks) are crushed and screened before being conveyed to weighing stations.
2. Automatic Loading and Proportioning
Pre-treated materials and additives are fed into weighing silos for volumetric proportioning, ensuring accurate measurements of lightweight materials.
3. Efficient Mixing
Proportioned materials are conveyed to ribbon mixers for high-speed, thorough blending.
4. Finished Product Packaging
